After a long day! Me? I look forward to relaxing. Just to come in the house set the vibes and chill out!! Especially as an "adult", baby girl be tiedddddd!
Some things I like to do to set the chill mood:
Light Candles
Shower Routine (minus exfoliating again)
Skincare Routine
Get in comfy pajamas
Cup of Tea or Glass of wine "lol"
Journal
Night Time affirmations
Pray
While getting ready to wind down I am not on my phone just as well as the morning routine! I'm not thinking of the outside world but more of how relaxed my body is about to feel within the next 15-20 minutes.
I don't understand how people fall asleep with their phones in their hands. Or fall asleep until their eyes are heavy to put them down. No shade if you do but sis, that's not healthy.
